Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chuck roast
  • 1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 of a 5-ounce bottle hot sauce
  • 1 potato
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tbsp chili powder

Method
 

  1. Sear the chuck if you want
  2. Place the ingredients in the slow cooker
  3. Stir up the seasonings
  4. Cook on high for 3 hours
  5. Chop potato
  6. Add potato
  7. Cook for another 2-3 hours
  8. Shred meat
  9. Serve over rice
