Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound spaghetti uncooked
  • ¹/₂ cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • ¹/₂ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup parm cheese finely grated,

Method
 

  1. Cook the spaghetti until al dente
  2. Olive Oil and Garlic into skillet off heat
  3. fry the garlic medium heat 10ish minutes
  4. garlic should be toasted/roasted
  5. mix in salt and pepp and chili flakes to oil/garlic mix
  6. mix it up with the pasta and about half the parm
  7. garnish with parsley or chives and the rest of the parm
  8. Serve
